This painting was commissioned for the new owner of the apartment on Palmer Square in Princeton that was the apartment that Brooke Shields resided in (#65 Palmer Square)while attending Princeton University.

This painting depicts the town of Grovers Mill not far down the road from Princeton in West Windsor. In 1938 it was the ficticious site of the martian landing as braodcasted by Orson Wells and the Murcury On The Air Radio Theater.
